Hi, I'm Tuli Skaist — I lead Culture and L&D initiatives that increase the value of organizations.

Tuli's expertise is in an organization's most precious commodity: people. He combines rigorous education with a knack for problem-solving by asking questions that lead to solutions. His tool kit includes data analysis, organizational culture diagnostics, organizational design, and org strategy. 

Tuli completed a master's degree at Northwestern University in learning sciences and organizational psychology. Among other topics, he wrote a thesis  studying the relationship between management practices and an organization's culture.

He lives in Los Angeles, CA, with his wife, Ruthie, children Adir & Evelyn, and eclectic community of friends.
